This is an oil painting
with airbrush I did for my mother, who had three children. I enjoyed
playing with my sisters. I am the second from the left and my
younger sister, Lisa, came 8 years after me (to the right). This
painting was very special to my mom. It was done during my life
when I was healing my "mother wounds" and reconciling our differences.
It took a long time for me to realize that it wasn't that I was unlovable,
it was that she was unable to express love and I took it personally,
because my immature mind could not understand her immaturity.
We both grew up a lot this life. She died in 1998 and I am glad
I took the time to heal our relationship. I love you too, Mom.
